Mimosas are a staple for 2 things: vacation, brunch, and, parties. I don’t think that means we need to keep sticking to the same orange juice and champagne. Don’t get me wrong, I love OJ + Champagne. But I also love switching it up and giving your guests something new.
I made a fun video to show you these simple mimosa recipes to “kick it up a notch” and impressing your guests!

Summer Pineapple Mimosa
Let’s start with this: Am I the only person who always forgets there is an ‘e’ in PinEapple? Okay, I probably am. Moving on!
If you’re missing the beach, pull out the Malibu!
- 1 oz part Malibu
- 3 oz parts pineapple juice
- Top with champagne
Creamsicle Mimosa
I feel like getting your hands on a creamsicle as a child must be what it’s like to win a scratch off. SO EXCITING. Seriously, those things were the best. Now you can make an adult version of your favorite childhood treat!
- 1 oz part Vanilla Vodka
- 3 oz parts orange juice
- Top with champagne
Simple “Pop”sicle Mimosa
Sticking with the ice pop theme, this is such a fun way to create a “mimosa bar” and have people choose their own flavors. I used a local popsicle called King of Pops, but you can use whatever you can find in your local freezer section, or get really fancy and show off and make your own. Up to you.
Popsicle + Champagne = Summer Treat That Can’t Be Beat! It’s seriously that simple. Of course a wine glass is a little better for this drink, size wise, but just place the popsicle in there and top with champagne!
Happy drinking!
